In Alberta, the Alberta Health Living Network (AHLN) is addressing the issue of chronic disease prevention in a collaborative and integrated manner. The Alberta Health Living Network membership is multi-sectoral with representatives of groups typically involved in province-wide disease prevention and health promotion.
